Osceola running back Jace Browne signed with Florida Tech this past week, Warriors coach George Palmer said.
Browne was supposed to take over the bulk of the rushing load but battled injuries through most of this past season.
He is one of the first recruits at Florida Tech, which announced last year that it was starting a football program. The team will not make its debut until the fall of 2012.
